1. Using this site

You may browse and share this site for personal, non-commercial use. The work, images and text remain the property of Luis Serrano and may not be reproduced without permission.

2. Services and quotes

Prices shown for services are indicative. Custom visual projects, print creation and web work are quoted per project; a quote is not a binding offer until both sides confirm scope in writing.

3. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in a project, Luis Serrano retains authorship and copyright of the work. Usage rights granted to a client are defined in each project agreement.

4. Prints and orders

Fine-art prints are limited editions produced to order through a print partner. Availability, sizes and pricing may change until an order is confirmed.

5. Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Luis Serrano is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.

6. Governing law and contact
