ROOM 17 unfolds across a single night through seven photographs, borrowing the visual language of late-1970s American cinema. Neon, tungsten light and quiet gestures turn an ordinary encounter into something increasingly uncertain.
The story offers no explanation for who she is, what happened while he slept, why she left the briefcase, or what waits inside it. It ends where another story might begin.
